Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Raines Technology 800 TRANSPORT TESTER parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raymond parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rasmi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the XCCN0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 154012517206RevM manufactured by Raymond and we are pleased to be able to service most Raymond systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS3010IDFCT by Manufacturer Rasmi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Red-Lion Brand GEM42100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ramsey such as 24111262 equipment made by Ramsey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ramsey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ramsey" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 960071 by Raytek and 24111262 spares by Ramsey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LNXC2030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion.
